Day 3: I headed to NY and then to CT after a lovely evening spent in a Walm@rt parking lot in Aurora, CO. Seriously I have never been so happy to see a Walm@rt after 700 miles of driving by the fearless and indefatigable JM Oakes. Uncle Nick met up with our sweet rig and drove me to the airport. Once at the airport I was also able to see Auntie Amy and her cute little baby belly for a few fleeting moments.
While I spend some time in CT celebrating the amazing 80 years of my
grandfather's life, the rest of the RV crew has been spending their time
in Colorado Springs with Amy and Neil.
Today they will be heading to Mesa Verde and I will be headed to less entertaining endeavors. But we are all where we need to be...
